How does mobile grooming work?
Sarah comes to your home with all the equipment needed for a complete groom — no salon, no drop-off, no waiting room. Your dog stays in their familiar environment right up until grooming begins, which significantly reduces pre-groom stress. Just point her to the nearest hose bib and she handles the rest.
Do you groom cats?
Yes — Pawsh offers cat grooming using the same fear-free approach. Cat sessions are scheduled separately from dogs so your cat isn't stressed by the presence or scent of other animals.
How far in advance should I book?
Typically 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for weekend appointments. Online booking through Acuity is available 24/7 — no phone call required. New clients are encouraged to book early as availability fills quickly.
Is the puppy first groom different?
Yes, intentionally. Puppy first grooms are slower, shorter, and focused entirely on making the experience positive rather than completing a full style. The goal is for your puppy to associate grooming with calm, treats, and good things — not stress — so every future groom is easier.
